Question: Are you a Travel Agency?

Answer: No, we are a conduit between you (the customer) and several travel agencies all over the world, so to speak! We offer you travel advice and design your itinerary based on your individual needs. We don’t make any bookings for you though. That service is not ‘yet’ available – but we can recommend sites/agencies for you.

 

Question: Are all your recommendations based on your individual travels?

Answer: While most of my inputs come from first-hand experience, we have not yet covered every single country in the world! 🙂 Some of the inputs will be based on individual research we do based on your interests.

 

Question: How long will you take to get back to me?

Answer: We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, and after we have established first contact with you – the actual research may take from 2 days to up to 7 days

 

Question: Why don’t you make your website more snazzy to capture all information in an automated way?

Answer: This is where we differentiate ourselves from others! Even though we have the capability to stand-up an automated site, we provide the much-needed “human touch” to understand your needs personally by exchanging emails (and phone calls) with you as needed.

 

Question: What are the charges based on?

Answer: The charges are based on the individualized effort we put in for you to scour multiple sites to come up with a customized itinerary for you that suits your needs.

 

Question: Can I pay you after you have sent  me the itinerary?

Answer: Sorry, we prefer to accept payment before we start doing the research for you. That way we ensure you are serious about the travel. The charges are very nominal anyway and well worth our time and research. You also have a FREE BRONZE feature in case you just want to get a ‘feel’ for the customer service.
